30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns
– Items must be unused and in their original condition
– Packaging must be intact
– Proof of purchase is required

Non-Refundable Items
– Items damaged due to misuse
– Items returned without original packaging

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.

Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
